How do I enroll or register for Puddle Jumpers short-term child care?

You can fill out this request form to contact us. Or You can call, text, email or chat through our website. We will send you the registration form. Before you can schedule your first day, you must complete our registration form and pay the registration fee.

What ages do you accept?
​
Our program is designed for ages 1 - 5. But in some circumstances we can take younger and older children. If you have a child that you want to enroll that is younger or older, please contact us.
​
Do you provide snacks and meals?
​
We provide healthy snacks and drinks which are included in the rates. However, we do not provide meals. You can pack a lunch or provide preferred snacks for your little one to be eaten during our snack and lunch times.

Can my child stay longer than 4 hours?
​
No, in order for us to comply with NC regulations, Short-Term/Drop-In care is limited to 4 hours per day.
​
Is there seperate areas for different ages?
​
No, we are a blended program where all age groups learn and play together. However, for children under 1 year old and crawlers, we do have gated areas.

What are the hours?
​
For Short-Term Care, our hours range from Drop Off time from 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM and Pick Up time 12:00 PM - 1:30PM. We plan on offering an afternoon time in the near future.​

Where is your facility located?
​
Our address is 8600 NC-Hwy 150 ,Terrell, NC 28682 located in the Jetton Plaza. But please do not show up without a reservation or appointment. We follow a "Locked Door Policy" which means during our Short-Term Care Hours, we do not open the door unless for Parents/Guardians or Authorized drop-off/Pick-up Persons.

Do I need to make a Reservation?
​
Yes. You must register and schedule what day/s you plan on having your child attend our program.
​
What do I need to bring?
​
Please bring a diaper bag with diapers, wipes, drink bottle and change of clothes. Please do not bring any toys or electronic devices from home. Please label all belongings with the child's name. We have individual cubbies to store your belongings.

What are the Drop-Off & Pick-Up procedures?

Arrive On time at your pre scheduled drop off time.

When you enter the facility, you will be greeted and directed to place belongings in the assigned cubby.

Sign our check in sheet.

After a brief farewell, we'll direct your little one into the play center area for all the fun adventures to begin.

Pick-Up Procedures

Arrive on On time. Late pick-ups are subject to a late fee of $1 per minute. If you are going to be late please contact us.

Knock on the door if you are not greeted immediately at the door.

Authorized Pick Up Contacts may be asked to provide Photo ID before entering.

Gather your belongings from cubbie.

Sign the Check Out Sheet.

Our Staff will direct your little one, help get their shoes/coat on and we'll look forward to seeing you on our next scheduled day.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all major cards, venmo, apple pay & cash.
​
What If I'm late picking up my child?
​
You will be subject to our late fee of $1 per hour. We ask that if you are running late to please contact us immediately to make us aware.

What is your sick policy?
​
for the safety of our staff, we do not accept children with a fever or are having symptoms of vomiting or diahrea. Please do not bring your child if they are sick.​​​​​​
