What is Short-Term Child Care?
Short-Term Child Care which is similar to Drop-In Child Care offers a flexible solution for parents/guardians to leave their children for up to 4 hours a day without the need for long-term commitments. This child care option allows parents to attend personal matters, run errands, enjoy lunch dates, grocery shop, or simply take some time to recharge. As parents of four, we recognize how essential this time can be. Our dedicated staff and clean facility ensure that your child is SAFE, SECURE, and well cared for.
"The Twist"
What sets us apart is our daily Enrichment Classes and engaging activities that nurture essential qualities in children's early development. Our care sessions offer a rich experience combined with imaginative play tailored for children ages 1-5. We limit the number of children in each daily care session which ensures each child recieves the attention they need and prevents an over crowed and over stimulated environment. For those who stay with us for the entire 4-hour care session will experience the full benefits of our daily enrichment classes and activities. After experiencing our program, children often express their desire to stay longer and return. This program serves as a valuable stepping stone in a child's educational journey, making it ideal for preparing them for Preschool or Kindergarten. It also serves as a fantastic summer camp option and a wonderful opportunity for homeschoolers to socialize and build lasting friendships.

Once registered, you can start reserving the care sessions you’d like your child to attend
Our memberships offer you the flexibility to attend care sessions on a scheduled as-needed basis or on a recurring weekly/monthly schedule. Please note that all times must be reserved in advance to guarantee availability, we do not accept walk-ins. To Comply with NC State regulations, each child can stay for a maximum of 4 hours per day.
Membership Plans
Golden Goose Membership Plan:​

All parents/guardians who register and pay the registration fee are automatically considered a Golden Goose member. This membership allows parents/guardians to reserve care sessions on an as needed basis. Please note that this membership does not guarantee your child a spot if we become fully booked to capacity. You must book care sessions in advance. We do not accept walk ins.

Diamond Ducky Membership Plan:

This membership is perfect for parents/guardians who need a guaranteed spot to use our short term child care services on set days every week for a set period of time. This membership requires parents to register, pay the registration fee and complete our Diamond Ducky agreement. The rates must be paid in advance on a weekly/monthly basis and must be paid even if your child misses a day.

How to Get Started?
Daily Enrichment Classes
​Monday - "Music Class"
​​All about music and dancing! We explore and learn about sounds and rhythm using various age appropriate instruments such as egg shakers, bells, drums etc.. Music class is designed to be enjoyable and interactive, using songs, games, and movement to spark a child's interest in music.

Tuesday - "Movement Class"
​​"Movement" class is a structured activity designed to encourage physical development, creativity, and social interaction. we explore and learn about different methods of exercises. We explore various movements like walking, running, jumping, and swaying to music, developing their gross motor skills and coordination. We'll use soft play mats, colorful scarfs to help with coordination.

Wednesday - "Art Class"
​​Art Class is about Art exploration. designed to introduce young children to the world of art and creativity through playful and engaging activities. We will explore and learn about colors, textures and will use various age appropriate art mediums.

Thursday - "Early Learning"
​​Our Early Learning class aims to support toddlers' development in a variety of areas through age-appropriate activities and experiences. We will use various age appropriate learning boards, songs and books to help teach children the alphabet, the letter sounds and counting.

Friday - "Crafting"
​​Crafting Class is an activity designed for young children to explore their creativity and develop skills through hands-on art and craft projects. Parents/Guardians, be ready to take home some amazing art work!!
